Abstract

Republic Of Indonesia’s Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services stipulates that every public service provider is obliged to carry out an evaluation of the performance of public service implementers. One form of this evaluation is realized through the implementation of penyelenggaraan Survei Kepuasan Masyarakat (SKM) as regulated in PermenpanRB Number 14 of 2017. Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), as one of the public service providers that provides statistical data and information, always strives to provide excellent service to consumers. BPS has held SKM regularly every year which is integrated into penyelenggaraan Survei Kebutuhan Data (SKD). This survey is not only aimed at obtaining perceptions of consumer satisfaction with BPS data services, it also aims to identify data needs and perceptions of consumer satisfaction with the quality of data produced by BPS. In 2020, SKD will be implemented in 515 BPS work units consisting of Central BPS, 34 BPS Province, as well as 480 Regency/City BPS throughout Indonesia. One of the results of the 2020 SKD implementation is presented in a publication entitled "Analysis of the 2020 BPS Data Needs Survey Results" as a form of report on the implementation of the SKD. This publication provides a descriptive explanation of the performance of service units, anti-corruption behavior, data needs, and consumer satisfaction with BPS data quality. Presentation of data is displayed in the form of tables, graphs, and infographics. Indeks Kepuasan Konsumen (IKK) and Indeks Persepsi Anti Korupsi (IPAK) are the main indicators presented in this publication. This publication is made possible by good cooperation between related work units. We hope that this publication will be useful for improving the quality of data and service performance of BPS. We really hope for constructive suggestions and input for future improvements. Thanks and happy reading.
